Help shape practical P6 training for FDOT CEI work

Witty Finch Engineering and Adaptive Consulting Engineers, an FDOT-prequalified CEI firm and approved CTQP training provider, are developing a hands-on Primavera P6 training program focused on contractor schedule review for FDOT roadway construction projects.

We are asking experienced CEI practitioners what takes the most time, what creates repeat comments and back-and-forth, and what tends to get caught later than it should. Your feedback will help us prioritize the curriculum around real review work.

Schedule review tools

We also want to understand what teams use beyond P6 itself.

Besides Primavera P6 itself, do you currently use software or tools specifically to analyze, compare, or review contractor schedules?
05

Schedule Tracker

A tool we developed from our own P6 review workflow.

Witty Finch Engineering developed Schedule Tracker to compare successive XER submissions and surface changes that warrant closer review — including logic, longest path, milestones, float, progress, and other schedule conditions.

We may use it in selected hands-on exercises, but the training itself is intended to focus on CEI review judgment and process rather than on any particular software.

Would you be interested in evaluating Schedule Tracker?
