We prepare plans, calculations, and engineering letters for projects throughout Florida. Site visits are regularly available in Orlando and Orange County. For other locations, we review the scope and available records with you and confirm whether a visit is needed and can be arranged.
Our experience across Florida.
Our project records span more than a decade. Orange County, including Orlando, accounts for the largest share of our work, followed by Volusia, Seminole, Lake, and Palm Beach counties. We have also worked on projects elsewhere in Florida.

Orlando and Orange County
Our main service area for site visits, residential additions and remodels, and commercial projects.
Central Florida counties
Seminole, Volusia, and Lake counties: growing areas with a lot of older houses being expanded, converted, and fixed up.
East coast
Palm Beach County, mostly West Palm Beach and Boca Raton, with a mix of residential improvements and commercial spaces.
Everywhere else in Florida
Our past projects also include Hillsborough, Broward, Lee, Pasco, Marion, Polk, Brevard, and other counties. We can often prepare plans remotely; site visits outside our regular area are considered case by case.
When someone needs to be there.
Photos, records, and a survey can answer many questions about a property. Other conditions need to be observed in person, and concealed work may need to be exposed before it can be evaluated.
Site-visit availability
- Orlando and Orange County: part of normal service, scheduled around the scope and the workload
- Other counties: most work is documented remotely, from records and photos
- We review whether a visit is needed and confirm availability for the location and scope
- Any visit depends on access, what is safe and reasonable to observe, and what the jurisdiction needs documented
Letters and opinions are always based on what can actually be observed and the records available. If something cannot be seen, the documentation says so.
